Servtech's experience in the power industry project is vast and extensive and is over 13 years. The above pictured project is Servtech's mobile test lab (right porta-cabin) at DEWA's H station, phase II. Sevrtech is carrying out third party inspections, calibrations for all instrumentation
Servtech had carried out a complete turnkey project including, engineering, design, installation and commissioning of all instrumentation, control valves and the control system for the above pictured Schlumberger well stimulation vessel named Pacific Schmiter.
Most of the UAE's hydrocarbon distribution companies rely on Servtech for service,
repair and calibration of their flow meters.
Servtech carried out a third party inspection on a large 36" crude oil pipeline 40 kms in length in Iran. Servtech's scope was to hydro test the entire pipeline, test for leaks, flush the water back out of the line after the test and prep the line for crude oil flow.
Servtech was hired as a consultant to conduct a study on the current status of flow metering accuracy based on the current conditions of flow meters for Jenna Hunt Oil Company in Yemen, as well as upgrade their flow computers that were used on important wells and various test separators, in Dhahab, Al Nasr and Haleewah fields.
Servtech was awarded a contract for complete refurbishment of control valves used by Royal Dutch Shell. The scope included complete strip down, repair of cracked valve bodies, replacement of all soft goods, repair and service existing positioners, including painting and finally testings to certify seat leakage and CV test on Servtech's flow lab.
Servtech was awarded the contract to upgrade all instrumentation,-that included, procurement and installation, and re calibration of existing temperature and pressure gauges for Yemen Hunt Oil Company in Yemen, (Now Safir Petroleum)
Servtech carried out various STP projects in Dubal for more than 5 years that included instrumentation calibration, installation, commissioning, cable tray installation, cable laying, termination, and commissioning. Our staff are very familiar with Dubal's project procedures.
Servtech has extensive experience with instrumentation cabling and wiring, as a recently completed project for Dana Gas in Sharjah that not only covered installation, calibration and commissioning of instrumentation but also to wire up entire junction boxes and marshalling cabinets and loop checking.
Servtech has a long history working with off shore oil companies. We have carried out projects with Dubai Petroleum Establishment, ZADCO, ADMA, Oxy in Qatar and many more.
No job is too tough for Servtech, in the above pictured project Servtech was requested in completely overhaul and refurbish 20 large 12" P.D. meters, and certify it by calibrating it on with our Flow Lab.
Servtech has carried out many PLC, and Instrument panel modification projects in the region. We also build specialized types of panels.
Servtech's experience in pipe freezing and valve repair make it the ideal choice for large towers, building, shopping centers, residential complexes etc to rely on Servtech to ensure the least amount of downtime or even no downtime during maintenance
